When you strength train using techniques and equipment personalized to your body’s needs, you can achieve the best version of you. Everyone’s fitness journey is unique. That is why we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. All of our gym sessions integrate a private fitness coach experience. With a personal trainer, you have the opportunity to discover the best training program for you.
Fitting in time for fitness isn’t always easy.
We are a child friendly gym offering an unsupervised kids corner to help keep your little ones entertained while you train. We encourage families to visit us and even let kids try a swing on the kettlebell or cheer you on! It’s important for kids to see positive and healthy role models, which is why we will always welcome your kids!
Personal Training
Free Consultation +
Price Packages:
One session with a trainer - $80/session
Three sessions with a trainer - $225, $75/session
Five sessions with a trainer - $350, $70/session
Small private group training (2 - 3 people) - $100 per session
For sessions that require a private gym there is a $5 additional fee per session.
For sessions that require the personal trainer to travel (within city limits) there is a $5 additional fee per session.

We offer a variety of classes that are designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals. Our classes are small and personal, even in groups. There are a maximum of 6 people per class and our weekly attenders help shape the program. Our personal trainers always try to understand each person’s needs and offer modifications and exercises that are perfectly suited to their body.
