Boys With Weights (Ages 8-14)

In this class, boys learn the correct foundations for weight training. In this fun and energetic class, young boys learn the fundamentals of lifting using the Only 4 Kids program. In this program, Ginel will cover the basic principles of weight lifting and the terminology for the different body parts that are activated in each exercise. Boys are taught through practice and theory. This program is designed to get kids excited and ready to lift through games and engaging movements.

DETAILS:

  • Sessions run 10 classes long, 55 minutes each

  • $150 per 10 class session

  • Payment can be made at time of registration
