Our smaller group workout classes are supportive and motivating while offering a variety of classes to keep it energized! We regularly shuffle the exercises each week to keep classes consistently fresh.

Our gym is all about personal and supportive health and fitness. Our group fitness classes are no different. Join us for a one hour workout session with a group of likeminded and supportive people! With regular attendance, our group classes are shaped by the needs and interests of our students. We believe a personal experience is always possible!

Fit-Xtreme

“Fun”ctional classes with movements from gymnastics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, callisthenics, kettlebells and much more. Come join us to tone up, increase strength and get in shape, all while having fun. Prices above.

Shape-Up

All levels are welcome! Come as you are and shape-up with beginner and modified exercises. This class combines a deep workout with functional fitness. You will notice a dynamic improvement in your fitness abilities through the use of mobility work and lower impact movements. All exercises are modifiable to work for you. $20 per class - Monday and Friday 8:00am.

Spartan Strength and Skills Mastery:

8-Week Intensive Program

Embark on an exhilarating 8-week journey designed to forge Spartan warriors! Our exclusive Spartan Strength and Skills Mastery class is meticulously crafted to transform you into a race-ready athlete, with a curriculum tailored for both beginners and seasoned Spartans.

  • Weeks 1-4: Building Your Strength Foundation

The first half of our program is dedicated to establishing a robust strength foundation. You'll engage in targeted strength training exercises, focusing on enhancing muscle power, endurance, and overall body resilience. This phase is crucial for preparing your body for the intense demands of Spartan race obstacles.

  • Weeks 5-8: Spartan Skills and Progressive Overload

In the second half, we shift gears to Spartan-specific skills and simulations. Expect a progressive overload approach, where each session intensifies to mimic real race scenarios. You'll conquer obstacles, improve agility, and boost your mental toughness, all under simulated race conditions.

The class is 8 weeks long to prep for the Spartan race.

Small Class Advantage: Limited to a small group, this program ensures personalized attention and tailored guidance, maximizing your learning and performance.

  • Expert Coaching: As a trainer specializing in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, I bring a unique perspective on adapting training to individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective training environment for all.

  • Once-a-Year Opportunity: This specialized program is offered only once annually, making it an exclusive and focused training experience.

  • Comprehensive Preparation: From strength to skills, our program covers every aspect of Spartan race preparation, ensuring you're race-ready by the end.

  • Class is Monday 5:30pm, Wednesday 6pm and Friday 6pm.

  • You can choose 2 or 3x per week.

NEW CLASS - Lake Life Bounce Fitness

Lake Life Bounce Fitness offers a fun and energetic way to get fit. I offer bounce dance fitness using Kangoo Jumps Rebound Boots. Using base moves to create fun routines to high energy music that is garaunteed to make you sweat while having fun. It is a high intensity work out that has many benefits and is for ALL levels of fitness.
