A 30 minute discussion to uncover your food preferences plus weekly meal planning.

Based on your dietary restrictions and preferences, we will design a weekly meal planning program and grocery list. We’ll keep it fresh by changing recipes and meal preps each week! Let’s kickoff your meal prepping by inputting your ideal measurements in the nutrition app

Book an extra 20 minute consultation to check measurements and progress. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and gain more clarity on your nutrition plan. It’s a lot to remember, so our check-ups with a certified personal trainer are a great chance to stay on top of your healthy eating!
