Womens Intro to Weightlifting
Strength training for women can be overlooked in most big-box gyms. We know how important it is to personalize physical training for everybody - including women. That’s why we’ve set up this fundamentals class for women who want to learn about basic strength training.
Find your fitness in this inclusive group class. Intro to Weightlifting is a class designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of resistance training using various equipment and techniques. It focuses on proper form and technique, gradually building strength, and how to have fun while doing it.
