Don’t worry – if you’re not feline the cat vibe then let us know and we will put him/her away. Please keep in mind that despite our deep cleaning some cat hair should be expected.

Juggling it all can be challenging. And finding time for fitness and health is usually the first thing to go.
We are here to help. As a family friendly gym, we offer a kids zone with toys and games. Your kids will love the play time while you get to enjoy a workout. We believe that healthy parents encourage healthy kids. It can be inspiring for kids to see you working out, pushing yourself past your limits, and making time for your wellbeing. Being a healthy role model is a win-win – feel good about your fitness and inspire young kids to get involved in the gym too!
